Shipping
ORRYN offers complimentary international shipping on all pre-orders, including applicable customs duties and import taxes.
All orders are dispatched via international courier. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed and delivery details have been verified.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details at the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch. All shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping on December 1, 2026. Please note that this is an estimated dispatch date and may be subject to change.
Should any significant delays occur, customers will be notified via email and offered the options required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with your ORRYN purchase. Should you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, dust bags, and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@orryn.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions and the designated return address.
Returns must be authorised before being shipped. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@orryn.com with your order number and photographs of the item.
ORRYN will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable, at no additional cost to you.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
